With Shweta Kothari. When we talk about news today, a lot of times surprisingly is from a lot of social media platforms which scares a lot of people. We hear from a senior correspondent an anchor and now moving to a digital space in the “news” space in India. We talk about the news agencies and how the information flows through them. From local challenges of fixing and managing the fake news cycling around in the cycle to something that affects the whole nation! Personal experiences along with some anecdotes that fill this whole conversation, we are still learning from this new tool of information we have and how to control it for a better tomorrow. This is going to be a conscious effort from all the sides and we all will have to play our parts in ensuring that we read and do our checks before forwarding any type of news through social media or even through conventional media.
